All cards included in the mystery packs are authentic and are sourced from trusted suppliers. While we do our best to include cards in excellent condition, some may show minor signs of wear due to their age or original packaging.

Please note that all booster packs are factory-sealed and untampered in any way, shape, or form. We do not guarantee the inclusion of specific cards, rarities, or chase items.

We make no guarantees—express or implied—regarding the inclusion of any particular card, chase item, or value. Product images and promotional materials are representative only and do not ensure specific contents.

Due to the nature of randomized goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the item is shipped, unless the product is received in damaged condition or there is a fulfillment error attributable to us.

Membership terms & conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the JJR Collectibles Membership Program ("Program"). By enrolling in any membership tier, you ("Member," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview of Membership Tiers

JJR Collectibles offers multiple membership levels, each with exclusive benefits, pricing, and access. The available tiers are:

Elite Trainer: Entry-level membership with periodic discounts and early notifications.

Master Trainer: Includes Elite Trainer benefits + mid-month promotions and bonus entries into giveaways.

Legendary Trainer: Includes all Master Trainer benefits + one-on-one purchase consulting, first access to limited drops, and surprise quarterly rewards.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Program, you must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you agree to update it as necessary.

3. Membership Duration and Renewal

Memberships are offered on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selection. Memberships auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You can manage your subscription and cancellation through your account dashboard.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are due upfront and processed via secure third-party platforms.

Pricing is subject to change, but changes will not affect current billing cycles.

Failure to process payment may result in suspension or cancellation of your membership.

5. Refund Policy

All membership fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. If JJR Collectibles must cancel your membership due to a breach of these Terms, you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your membership.

6. Benefits and Limitations

Membership benefits may change over time based on product availability, market conditions, or business needs. JJR Collectibles reserves the right to add, remove, or alter benefits at any time without prior notice. Efforts will be made to notify members of significant changes.

7. Prohibited Use

Members may not:

Resell or redistribute membership-exclusive items or pricing unless otherwise authorized.

Abuse the Program by creating multiple accounts or exploiting promotional loopholes.

Share login credentials with non-members.

Any violation may result in termination of membership without refund.

8. Account Termination

JJR Collectibles may suspend or terminate your membership at any time for:

Suspected fraud or abuse

Violations of these Terms

Legal compliance obligations

You may cancel your membership at any time via your account dashboard.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JJR Collectibles is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages from membership participation

Product availability fluctuations

Data breaches resulting from third-party platforms

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

JJR Collectibles reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with the "Effective Date" and will apply upon posting. Continued use of your membership constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

CARD GRADING DISCLAIMER

By submitting your cards through our service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Declared Value Limit: We only accept cards with an estimated value of $500 or less. If your card exceeds this value, additional PSA fees will apply, and you will be responsible for covering those costs before your card is submitted.

• Card Valuation: You are responsible for providing a reasonable market estimate of your card’s value. If we determine that your card likely exceeds the $500 limit, we will contact you to arrange appropriate service options.

• Lost or Damaged Cards: While we take every precaution to protect your cards, we are not liable for any loss or damage that may occur while cards are in transit. Once in PSA’s possession, any loss or damage is subject to PSA’s policies, including compensation based on the declared value.

• Turnaround Times: Estimated grading turnaround times are set by PSA and may vary. We cannot guarantee specific completion dates.

• Minimums for Bulk Pricing: A minimum of 20 cards must be submitted per PSA bulk order. If we do not meet this threshold, your cards will be held until the next batch is formed.

Card submissions that are not used do not carry over into the next month.
